The Declaration is the upcoming fourth studio album by American R&B/pop singer Ashanti. Ashanti has mentioned in several interviews that she worked with producer, L. T. Hutton, whom she worked with on her duet with T.I. and Tupac on "Pac's Life." BET also mentioned that she worked with mega producers Jermaine Dupri and Pharrell Williams. She has stated that she recorded a song with rapper Snoop Dogg. This will be Ashanti's first recording without longtime collaborator Irv Gotti at the helm. Gotti has stated that as Ashanti's new effort will indeed be released under The Inc, but Ashanti is the captain of "her own spaceship."
